Terms of service

By creating a Viamente account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Viamente is an AI travel planner operated by Lygge Studios from Copenhagen, Denmark. It is currently in early access and under active development; features may change, break, or be removed.

You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method — the email inbox tied to your account, and, if you connect one, your Google account. One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to use Viamente.

You own everything you put into Viamente — your plans, your conversations with the planning assistant, and the preferences we infer from them. By using the service you grant Lygge Studios a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We never sell your content and we never use it to train AI models.

You agree not to:

• upload content that is illegal under Danish or EU law, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• attempt to access, probe, or interfere with other users' accounts, data, or the service's infrastructure;
• reverse-engineer the service or its APIs except as permitted by mandatory law.

Viamente's planning assistant generates trip suggestions, itineraries, and other content using a large language model. These outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Treat them as a starting point — not as professional travel, medical, legal, immigration, or visa advice. Always verify operating hours, visa requirements, transport timetables, and safety information with primary sources before booking or travelling.

We aim for the service to be available, but during the early-access period there is no service-level agreement. Maintenance windows, outages, and breaking changes may occur without prior notice.

Either you or we can end the relationship at any time. You can delete your account by emailing peter@viamente.ai. On termination we delete your data per the privacy policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, Lygge Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts of Copenhagen.

We may update these terms as the product matures. If we make a material change, we will surface it in the cookie / notice banner on your next visit.
